Position: - Chief Investment Officer (CIO) - JD/KRA/KPA A) Qualification & Requirements: - 1. Certified CA with following additional qualification will advantage: - ● Preference of CS or lawyer background ● Qualified NISM XIX C is preferable 2. Experience: - ● Minimum 20 years of experience in which 10+ Years of experience should be in an investment role ● Proven track record to lead a team of investment professionals & formulation of investment strategies. ● Experience of working as a CIO in any family office will be an add on advantage ● Having a hands on experience of international taxation and international investment system. 3. Software Proficiency: - ● Familiar & user efficient with Good Software system used for analyzing financial data & taking reports and submitting to board members. 4. Analytical Skills: - ● Strong research, critical thinking & analytical abilities. ● Knowledge of advance computer skills and use of AI in mathematical analysis as well creating reports. 5. Leadership & communication: - ● Demonstrated leadership qualities & effective written & verbal communication skills. ● Ability to project & present investment strategies with convincing power to management. 6. Problem solving orientation: - ● Result oriented mind set with a strong problem-solving attitude. B) Roles & Responsibilities: - 1. Asset Allocation: - ● Make informed decisions about family office’s asset allocation. ● Development investment strategies and risk management models to optimize asset distribution as per discussion or as per complete financial planning. 2. Advisory Role: - ● Provide expert advice to management on various investment options , including involvement in acquisitions & mergers. ● Set target / potential companies for investment. 3. Team Building & supervision: - ● Develop strong leadership by selecting, supervising & mentoring team members. ● Cultivate collaborative environment that encourages effective performance & professional growth. C) Key Performance Indicators: - 1. Ensure ROI & growth 2. Ensure company branding: - Use effective tools of branding & develop company brand as catalyst of growth. 3. Management reporting – Develop reporting structure as guidance by management. 4. Data Protection & cybersecurity: - Ensure robust data protection and protocols of cybersecurity are in place. 5. Team Training & delegation: - Train teams to delegate assignments effectively, fostering culture of accountability
