Job Description: Supply Chain Faculty (Part-Time / Full-Time) Location: Balewadi, Pune Type: Part-Time / Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Supply Chain Faculty to join our academic team at Balewadi, Pune. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching, possess industry expertise in supply chain management, and have a commitment to fostering an engaging learning environment. Key Responsibilities Teaching & Curriculum Development: Deliver high-quality lectures on supply chain management and related topics. Develop and update course content, lesson plans, and training materials. Student Engagement: Mentor and guide students in understanding core supply chain concepts. Encourage active participation and critical thinking in classroom discussions. Assessment & Feedback: Design and evaluate student assessments, assignments, and exams. Provide constructive feedback to enhance student learning. Industry Integration: Incorporate real-world case studies and industry trends into teaching. Facilitate guest lectures or workshops with industry experts. Required Qualifications Master’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field. Proven academic or industry experience in supply chain management. Strong communication and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Teaching experience at the undergraduate or postgraduate level. Certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or PMP are a plus. Knowledge of emerging trends in supply chain and logistics. Work Schedule Part-Time: Flexible hours to accommodate professionals from the industry.
